What we check
Identity Verification
Government-issued photo ID is matched against a live selfie using biometric verification before any trainer is approved.
National Criminal Background Check
Multi-jurisdictional county and federal criminal records search, sex offender registry check across all 50 states, and global watchlist screening.
Credential & Certification Review
Coaching certifications, SafeSport status, CPR/First Aid, and any professional or playing background are independently verified.
Ongoing Monitoring
Continuous re-checks every 12 months and real-time alerts for any new criminal records.
Our safety standards
The Roster operates with a zero-tolerance policy for any conduct that puts a young athlete at risk. Every trainer agrees to our Code of Conduct before being listed, and any violation results in immediate, permanent removal from the platform.
We are aligned with U.S. Center for SafeSport guidelines and require all trainers to complete annual SafeSport-compliant training on abuse prevention, mandatory reporting, and appropriate boundaries with minors.
