We know this world because we lived it.
Late nights watching film that wouldn't load. Emails sent into the void. Recruiting platforms that promised everything and delivered confusion. Profiles scattered across five different websites, none of them telling the complete story of who our kid actually was as an athlete — and as a person.
We were sports parents first. Frustrated, passionate, and completely done with a system that wasn't built for the athlete. It was built for everyone else.
So we built Roster Sports.
Not as a business idea. As a solution to a problem we couldn't stop thinking about.
